Complementary therapies form the basis of individualized consultations. Spend 15, 30, 45 or 60 minutes with a qualified therapist using an area of choice in your workplace. A meeting room or a private office may be ideal for this, or indeed where appropriate an external consultation can be arranged.

Nutrition & diet

The link between disease and poor diet have long been recognized by health professionals. A range of nutritional plans are available from simple healthy eating recommendations to weight loss and even more complex plans for specific health concerns, such as coeliacs disease, anti-cancer diets, diabetes and so on.

Naturopathy

Naturopaths work within a holistic framework, choosing to treat the whole person rather than just treating the disease. Assessment of the individual is done by identifying imbalances on emotional / mental, physical and spiritual levels. Treatments available include: herbal medicine, mineral therapy, flower essence, nutritional supplements and homeopathic remedies

Counseling

Counseling provides the time and space to explore ways in which to understand experiences & emotions and to gain a greater sense of control, while helping to dissolve patterns of unhelpful behaviour.

Coaching

Coaching helps you to identify your goals, get you organized with a plan of action while continuing to motivate you throughout the process to ensure success

Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy uses deep relaxation methods to access the subconscious mind to uncover and explore memories, emotions, past events and belief systems which may affect a person's wellbeing and day-to- day living. Hypnotherapy is most commonly used to remedy obesity, smoking, pain, anxiety, stress, phobias, and performance.
